Bio

Dorothy is a medical doctor by training, with an MD in community medicine and a fellowship in Cardiovascular Epidemiology from Emory University and Centre for Chronic Disease Control, Delhi. She is currently pursuing a PhD in health systems research at Maastricht University, Netherlands. Her interests are in primary health care and care for chronic non communicable diseases.
