I hold a Ph.D. in Psychology with specialization in cyber psychology, adolescent development, and family dynamics. My research explored how digitally induced cognitive and behavioral factors such as metacognitive awareness, cognitive absorption, cyberloafing, and screen addiction impact family relationships among adolescents. I am deeply interested in understanding the psychological effects of technology on youth and their interpersonal connections.
